Our approach is grounded in collective intelligence, a theory of the optimization of groups of humans aided by machines as defined by the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence.
Collective intelligence postulates that “groups of emotionally intelligent people, supported by well-designed systems and machines, consistently outperform individuals acting alone”. We tested the theory on ourselves, and as our own collaboration accelerated, we saw the potential to transform organizations.
