In 2024, three seasoned professionals completed a certificate course at MIT on the strategic implications of AI in business. The course content was practical, and the AI momentum was palpable. By examining AI with clear eyes, the path ahead came into focus.
The three started meeting regularly to extend the conversation about what moved them—the future reverberated—and Christa, Derrick, and Palmer recognized that the conversation would always need shaping, less hype, more signal. FormWave was born.
FormWave Collective is focused on digital transformation, organizational culture, collective intelligence, humanity, and resilience.
We are the systems architect, the innovator, the sound producer, the anthropologist, the taxonomist, the brand builder, and the storyteller — we shape what moves us, for people.
Christa Bianchi
Strategist | Designer | Storyteller; Owner, C&C Branding, Brand SoundingSM, Titan SoundSM | FormWave Collective
BIO
Christa Bianchi is a business owner, brand strategist, and creative leader known for building brands that resonate across digital, print, and identity platforms. As co-founder of C&C Branding and FormWave Collective, Christa helps organizations connect deeply with their audiences by aligning bold vision with grounded execution. Her process combines storytelling, behavioral science, and data to drive brand transformation.
Her career began with an early interest in digital technology. In 2001, she was named Director of Interactive at Carbone Smolan Agency, where she learned to code and led through the first wave of digital transformation. By 2005, she had turned her attention to search data for insight, because while others saw SEO, she saw human patterns: what people want, fear, and hope for.
POV
With a hybrid leadership style rooted in visionary foresight and synergistic collaboration, Christa mobilizes teams around big-picture goals – fostering trust, shared ownership, and creative breakthroughs across disciplines.
Christa views branding as a business strategy—a tool to launch, turn around, grow, or sustain. As blockchain tech proliferates, branding will be provable, making the alignment of audience and business goals more critical than ever. She builds brands that shift behavior and create meaningful recall, using data, AI, creativity, and human insight to find the intersection of truth and resonance.
VISION FOR THE FUTURE
Christa’s ethos was shaped early by her father, a systems engineer at Grumman on NASA’s Apollo project. “You get to the moon,” he told her, “rung by rung.” That belief in process and experimentation informs her mantra, that “It isn’t a question of if, only when.”
Christa believes in a future powered by collective intelligence — where emotionally intelligent, agile teams collaborate with AI to build a more thoughtful, human world. Looking forward, creativity will be supercharged, and everyone will be in inventor mode. Her moonshot invention begins with personal branding, helping people understand who they are and where they belong at an earlier age. Christa believes this will save lives.

Derrick Cash
AI Strategist | Government Modernization Leader | Servant Technologist; Vice President, Innovation & Delivery at RADcube | FormWave Collective
BACKGROUND
Derrick Cash has spent more than two decades at the intersection of technology and business, fluent from roadmaps to revenue. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Informatics from Indiana University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, a pairing that has shaped how he operates in organizational strategy. Derrick first understands what an organization is trying to become by analyzing the why behind the 1-, 3-, or 5-year plan, then leads with an eye for the talent, technology, operating models, and investments required to get there. His combination of skills and experience has made him the person routinely placed at the center of enterprise-scale complexity, translating between executive priorities, technical realities, operational constraints, and the needs of the people an organization ultimately serves. His work has consistently required him to move between the boardroom and the architecture diagram, connecting strategy to execution while making complicated organizations and systems understandable, with sustainable scalability and resilience as his central guiding principle.
As Director of Informatics for the City of Westfield, he helped guide one of Indiana’s fastest-growing communities through the expansion of its digital infrastructure and the evolution of data-driven government. Later, as Deputy Chief Technology Officer for the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, he helped shape enterprise technology strategy across hundreds of systems supporting thousands of employees and programs serving millions of Hoosiers.
RANGE
His experience also extends into complex healthcare environments. Derrick was deeply involved in designing the technology infrastructure and operating environment for the NeuroDiagnostic Institute, a 159-bed psychiatric hospital serving as Indiana’s first State mental health hospital built in over 50 years. These efforts required aligning clinical operations, infrastructure, facilities, security, compliance, capital assets, and the priorities of diverse public- and private-sector stakeholders.
That combination of enterprise architecture, servant leadership, technology delivery, and organizational transformation informs Derrick’s work. He brings an operator’s perspective to transformation: helping organizations make complexity legible, question inherited assumptions, and translate strategic ambition into sustainable organizational change.
POV
Derrick believes meaningful innovation begins with Legibility: a deep and clear understanding of how an organization’s strategy, people, processes, technology, information, and investments work together, and where they do not.
Innovation requires challenging inherited assumptions, dissecting complexity, and redesigning systems and workflows to create measurable, lasting value. For Derrick, innovation is often an output of value engineering (value = function/cost), aimed at lifecycle optimization. It asks important questions like: What is actually true today? What should tomorrow’s “state-of-the-art” look like – technologically, operationally, and organizationally? What happens if we do nothing? What are the enterprise consequences of the choices we make today? What can we drop and still accomplish the objectives with integrity?
Transformation occurs when those improvements extend beyond an individual technology or process and reshape how the organization as a whole operates, allocates talent and knowledge, makes decisions, manages change, and responds to new conditions. Technology may enable the change, but sustainable transformation requires alignment across strategy, operations, governance, culture, and the people who perform and depend upon the work.
Innovation is the catalyst. Transformation is the discipline. Resilience is the outcome.
TODAY
Derrick serves as a Managing Partner of RADcube’s government intelligence service line, helping public-sector organizations modernize how they use data, technology, and AI to make decisions, deliver services, manage risk, and strengthen public accountability.
Derrick frequently advises government and healthcare leaders on emerging technology, AI governance, enterprise modernization, and organizational change. He has served on multiple public-sector technology advisory boards. He was a named finalist for the “Emerging Tech Leader Award” at TechPoint’s 2026 Mira Awards.
His commitment to quality leadership extends into the community, where he serves on the Cold Spring School Board and as President of his residing homeowners association.
Ray Palmer Foote IV
Musician | Anthropologist | AI Strategist | Big Foote Music & Sound | FormWave Collective
BIO
Palmer Foote is a commercial music producer, touring musician, anthropologist, and creative technologist who believes sound is one of the most powerful forces in shaping culture. As a co-lead of the AI strategy arm at Big Foote Music and Sound and a founding member of FormWave Collective, Palmer brings a deeply human approach to emerging technologies, helping brands, artists, and institutions stay grounded as they innovate.
WORK
His work bridges commercial music production, media theory, and AI development. After earning a degree in anthropology at Columbia University, Palmer spent five years touring internationally with Sir Chloe, performing in iconic venues and festivals around the world. Behind the scenes, he built an award-winning career composing music for top-tier commercials, films, and TV, guided by the belief that every sound tells a story, and every story reveals something deeper about who we are.
With a background in cultural theory and a passion for media studies, Palmer explores how sound, identity, and aesthetics evolve in response to new tools and platforms. Whether scoring an ad or prototyping an AI tool, his work is rooted in empathy, craft, and curiosity.
POV
He sees media not as noise but as something capable of shifting hearts, building memory, and restoring community. As AI accelerates content creation, Palmer is focused on preserving intention: helping people slow down, tune in, and remember what matters.
VISION FOR THE FUTURE
Palmer believes that the future of creative work lies at the intersection of intuition and machine intelligence. His vision is one where artists don’t just use AI, they collaborate with it to unlock new dimensions of feeling, meaning, and resonance.
